1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and 007l regarding your use of our platform. By registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any games offered by 007l, you expressly agree to comply with all provisions contained herein.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon posting on the 007l website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using 007l services and close your account. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action under Philippine law.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use 007l services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Participation in online gaming by individuals under the legal age is strictly prohibited under Philippine law (Presidential Decree No. 1602 and Republic Act No. 9287). 007l employs age verification systems, and any user found to be underage will have their account immediately terminated and funds forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Individuals under guardianship, with legal disabilities, or otherwise lacking capacity to contract may not use 007l services.
• Jurisdiction Compliance: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal. While 007l primarily serves Filipino players, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of our platform complies with local laws in your area.
• Single Account Requirement: You may maintain only one (1) account with 007l. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts under false identities, or allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
• Prohibited Persons: You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 007l, PAGCOR, or any gaming software provider whose games are offered on our platform.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, ban, or restriction from gaming activities imposed by PAGCOR, 007l, or any other gaming operator.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account with 007l, you must complete our registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as appearing on government-issued identification
• Valid date of birth (to verify age requirement)
• Current residential address in the Philippines
• Active mobile phone number and email address
• Chosen username and secure password

You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in criminal prosecution under Philippine law (Revised Penal Code, Article 315 - Estafa).

3.2 Identity Verification (Know Your Customer - KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), 007l is required to verify the identity of all users. You agree to provide, upon request, valid government-issued identification documents, which may include:

• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) Card
• Philippine Identification (PhilID) Card
• Social Security System (SSS) or Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) ID
• Voter's ID issued by Commission on Elections (COMELEC)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until such documentation is provided and approved.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong password containing a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using public or shared devices
• Immediately notify 007l of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available for enhanced security

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized. 007l shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

007l accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other authorized payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is Twenty Pesos (₱20.00). All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

By making a deposit, you warrant that:

• All funds deposited are legally obtained and belong to you
• You are the authorized account holder of the payment method used
• You are not using 007l for money laundering or other illegal purposes
• You have the legal right to transfer the deposited funds

007l reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on deposits exceeding Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱50,000.00) or multiple deposits totaling such amount within a thirty (30) day period, in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours, subject to verification and compliance checks. To request a withdrawal, your account must:

• Have completed identity verification (KYC) process
• Meet minimum withdrawal amount of One Hundred Pesos (₱100.00)
• Have satisfied all bonus wagering requirements, if applicable
• Use the same payment method as deposits, where possible

007l may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documents may result in delayed processing.

Withdrawal Fees: 007l does not charge withdrawal fees for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur standard banking fees as determined by your financial institution.

4.3 Unclaimed Funds and Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months shall be considered dormant. Dormant accounts with positive balances will be assessed a monthly maintenance fee of Fifty Pesos (₱50.00) or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is less, until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on 007l utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology tested and approved by independent auditing firms. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be predicted or influenced by 007l or any player.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published and available for review. RTP represents the theoretical percentage of total wagers returned to players over time and does not guarantee individual results.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Chip Dumping: Intentionally losing funds to another player
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts or coordinated play
• Use of Bots or Software: Employing automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to play games
• Hacking or Reverse Engineering: Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with 007l systems or game software
• Syndicate Play: Operating as part of a group to circumvent betting limits or promotional restrictions

Violation of gameplay rules may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all winnings and bonuses, and referral to law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

5.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of game malfunction, system error, or technical failure, all affected bets shall be void and funds returned to player accounts. 007l is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, device failures, or force majeure events.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

007l offers various bonuses and promotional offers at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which shall be clearly stated in the promotional materials. General bonus terms include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x to 40x) before withdrawal
• Game Contributions: Different games contribute varying percentages toward wagering requirements (slots typically 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%)
• Maximum Bet Limits: While wagering bonuses, maximum bet per round may be restricted (typically ₱100-₱500)
• Expiration: Bonuses must be used within specified timeframes (typically 30 days) or shall be forfeited
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one active bonus allowed per player at any time unless otherwise stated

007l reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts of players found to be abusing promotional offers or violating bonus terms. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts, using bonus funds exclusively on low-variance games to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating bonus play with other players.

7. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

007l is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable players. We provide tools and resources to help you maintain control over your gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings
• Loss Limits: Establish maximum loss thresholds for specified periods
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic logout after predetermined playing duration
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent account exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to lifetime ban
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing session duration and net loss/win

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 007l platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of 007l or its licensors and is protected by Philippine intellectual property laws (Republic Act No. 8293 - Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines) and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use 007l services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 007l content without written permission
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on 007l software
• Use 007l trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
• Frame, mirror, or link to 007l content in a manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation
• Extract data through scraping, data mining, or automated collection tools

Unauthorized use of 007l intellectual property may result in civil liability and criminal prosecution under applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, 007L SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Cost of substitute goods or services
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content or game results

007l services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from your use of 007l services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim, or Five Thousand Pesos (₱5,000.00), whichever is less.

Force Majeure: 007l shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your account balance. Unclaimed funds in closed accounts will be held for ninety (90) days, after which they may be forfeited to cover administrative costs.

10.2 Termination by 007l

007l reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior
• You provide false or misleading information
• You fail to complete identity verification when requested
• Your account is identified as duplicate or linked to previously banned accounts
• We reasonably suspect money laundering or other illegal activities
• You become subject to bankruptcy, insolvency, or similar proceedings
• Maintenance of your account poses legal or regulatory risk to 007l

Upon termination for cause, 007l may confiscate all funds in your account, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses. You agree to indemnify 007l for any losses, costs, or expenses incurred as a result of your breach of these terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines for resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these terms.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation to resolve disputes. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation under the rules of the Philippine Mediation Center. Only if mediation fails may either party pursue litigation.

PAGCOR regulatory oversight: As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 007l is subject to the jurisdiction and regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. Players may file complaints with PAGCOR's Customer Assistance Division for issues that cannot be resolved through our customer support channels.
